Love and Appreciation

Love and appreciation are identical vibrations. Appreciation is the vibration of alignment with who-you-are. Appreciation is the absence of everything that feels bad and the presence of everything that feels good. When you focus upon what you want - when you tell the story of how you want your life to be - you will come closer and closer to the vicinity of appreciation, and when you reach it, it will pull you toward all things that you consider to be good in a very powerful way.

What if you tried appreciation?

If all you did was just look for things to appreciate you would live a joyous, spectacular life. If there was nothing else that you ever came to understand other than just look for things to appreciate, it's the only tool you would ever need to predominantly hook you up with who you really are. That's all you'd need.

Look for the good, watch it grow

The best way to accomplish an improved environment is to focus upon the best things about where you currently are until you flood your own vibrational patterns of thought with appreciation, and in that changed vibration, you can then allow the new-and-improved conditions and circumstances to come into your experience.

Look for good things about where you are, and in your state of appreciation, you lift all self-imposed limitations (and all limitations are self-imposed) and you free yourself for the receiving of wonderful things.

Allowing, Contrast...its is all part of the whole.

The perfect contrast of your time-space reality will continue to stimulate your thirst while also holding the promise to fulfill every desire that has been inspired. And so, whether you are focused upon contrast in this moment—and so, are in the process of asking for more—or whether you are focused on your breathing in this moment and are allowing what you have asked for, it is all part of the process, and it is all on your path.

Your repeated listening to our meditation recording will allow any problems to move into the background, and the solutions to move into the foreground.

Over time, your appreciation for the question will become equivalent to your appreciation for the answer, and your appreciation for the problem will become equivalent to your appreciation for the solution. And in your newfound ease with what-is, you will find yourself in the state of allowing what you truly desire. And then, all manner of cooperative components will reveal themselves to you in a delicious co-creative dance of Deliberate Creation.

But do you Appreciate what is?

Guest: I’d love to be able to physically move something without touching it. Is the process the same?

Abraham: It is. It is. But can you do that now?

Guest: No, not yet.

Abraham: So, how does it feel to not be able to do something you
want to do?

Guest: Not terrible its just that I haven’t been able to figure it out yet.

Abraham: But, do you appreciate what is?

Guest: I think so. I don’t think I’m hung up on it.

Abraham: Think about what we’re saying though. Do you appreciate the fact that you can create through thought and things do take shape? Do you appreciate the fact that you can pick it up and move it from place to place? Do you appreciate the fact that it exists?

Do you appreciate the fact that you can move it from here to over here? Do you appreciate the fact that you live in a time-space reality where there is that relationship, that spatial relationship? Do you appreciate the spatial relationship that currently exists? Do you appreciate your ability to perceive as you currently do?

Guest: Maybe not quite to that extreme. (audience laughter)

Abraham: When you appreciate your current spatial relationship then you can evolve to an improved spatial relationship to your liking. But as long as you are saying: I want to perform that and it is magic. And the reason I call it magic (those are the words that we are applying), the reason I am calling it something abnormal is because it’s a different perspective of a spatial relationship. And we say: You can’t have an improved spatial relationship without feeling INTENSE appreciation for the current spatial relationship that you have.

(Abraham picks up a book and handles it.) So as you handle things, as you perceive them, as you adore them, as you let the feeling of your body interpret them. As you close your eyes and feel what they are you can identify something by its feel without even seeing it can’t you? And when you see it – oh! What an improvement in that spatial relationship! When you hear it (Abe flips the pages of the book for sound). Taste it (Abe licks the book and audience laughs). Smell it. In other words, this is a tactile thing that you are interpreting through your physical senses. So how expansive can your physical senses be?

And what we are saying to you is: Your physical senses cannot evolve to something beyond what is – without an intense appreciation of what they now are. And there is enough lack in that desire to do something you can’t do, to keep you from ever doing it.

So you’ve got to give up that feeling of lack. You can’t feel lackful about the lover and you can’t feel lackful about the house and you can’t feel lackful about not being able to physically move something from place to place. And when you get over that you can do anything.

Guest: I feel like I have just internalized that so much thank you.

Daily Abraham Hicks Quote-Relationships

Every person with whom you interact is a part of the person you are becoming. Not a single interaction with a single person is left out of the process of your becoming.
Many assume that only pleasing relationships have value, but that is not the case. Your awareness of an unwanted situation evokes from you a clear Vibrational request for something different. And so, even those uncomfortable interactions with others form the Vibrational basis of your expansion.
People often believe that the value of interacting with others is mostly about combining talents and actions in order to accomplish the things that need to be done in a society, but your interaction is much more important than that. You are helping one another define the attributes of your individual and collective expansion. In other words, even the briefest of encounters with another person is actually contributing to your expansion as an Eternal Being.
It is our desire to help you to return to your natural appreciation of the others with whom you are sharing your planet so that you can fully enjoy every encounter with others, no matter how brief, or regardless of whether you agree with them or not.

Appreciation

"A very fast and effective way to guarantee that you will like what comes back to you is to stay in the mode of appreciation. Appreciation is a pure positive Energy vibration that always matches things you want in your experience.

The vibration of Appreciation is the closest vibration that can be experienced by a human being to that of his Non-physical core Energy.  Appreciation feels good in your powerful and important now—and it guarantees wonderful future experiences as the Universe responds again and again to your signal." -Abraham
