What your Inner Being does not join you on the unwanted.

"Your inner being does not give attention to things that make your inner being uncomfortable. That´s were most of you go wrong, when you see something you don´t like – you look at it and complain. But that draws the unwanted to you! Attention to brings more of! Withdraw your attention.

Forgiveness is releasing of the attention from the subject and going back into the vortex.
Forgiveness is finding a way to focus that aligns you with who you are. It is not forgiving the perpertrator of the crime that you are condemming, it is forgiving the vibration that disallows you from the vortex. Your forgiveness is for yourself, not for the others.
Anytime you find a reason to not love – you step away from the source within you who will not do that. Ester said: Do you mean you approve of that? And we said: We mean we do not give our attention to things that take us out of the vortex. And when you no longer give attention to things out of the vortex you will no longer be outside the vortex.”
